Hi Kristin, I just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we had at our wedding. I can’t tell you how wonderful everyone on the boat was to our guests and the food was WONDERFUL! The cake was delicious and the flowers were gorgeous. Also, it was a pleasure working with Dorothy and yourself…you really helped keep the wedding stress-free. Please pass along our sincere gratuity to all of the staff/crew of the Sundream. We were so impressed as were our guests. It was such a perfect evening! David, Jewyll and I are overwhelmingly pleased with the service and attention we received on our charter. Rose was exceptional in coordinating our event and everything was wonderful. December 4th, 2007 Mr. Bob Brantmeyer Dear Mr. Brantmeyer: WOW! What a Holiday party we had yesterday. On behalf of myself and everyone here at Global Crossing we wanted to say thank you to your superb staff for helping make our 2007 Holiday party a memorable one. From the moment I started planning this party, I was simply amazed at how your staffs professionalism and dedication. Dorothy was always friendly and always answered our e-mails and questions; she was a real pleasure to work with. The young lady opening the door always had a smile on her face. Jim from the bar never let my glass stay empty, he and other bartenders always asked if I needed anything. Anna was always there and made sure everything was going smoothly and on time. The DJ, was excellent, he interacted with employees and kept us all on the dance floor all night. The food was great and the all the servers we phenomenal. We are both scrambling to close our businesses and get ready to leave tomorrow for our honeymoon, but I wanted to make sure we told you what a FANTASTIC job your whole operation did with our wedding. I will send you a better thank you note when we return and things slow down. You exceeded our expectations in every way. The flowers, the yacht, the arrangement of everything, the food, the drinks, the service, the cakes, the watermelon sculptures and the staying on schedule and just everything turned out perfectly. Dear David, When I read “Our company has been exceeding expectations for more than 25 years” on the folder, I figured it was just another example of the marketing director trying to sell another trip. Was I ever wrong! Classmate after classmate approached me at yesterday’s picnic to thank the committee for creating the perfect reunion event in our trip up the Intracoastal. After listening them praise the wonderful crew and excellent food, I knew they shared my opinion that we couldn’t have found a better yacht to charter anywhere. We’d been promised that we’d get through the Donald Ross Road bridge, taking us past the land we remember as mostly undeveloped and providing many “remember when” moments. The fact that Captain John was able to reach the Loxahatchee so we could capture photos of “our lighthouse” from the water was totally unexpected; it moved us greatly and was like the cherry atop a very tasty sundae…so very special. Jim Mandalla did an amazing job of helping me stay calm and centered so I could enjoy the event along with my friends, answering questions and meeting requests throughout the evening with a friendly smile. His outstanding service even extended into today, when Jim made a special trip to the Sun Dream to look for my lost cell phone – and found it, saving me the hassle of creating a new SIM card! I can only say “What a great guy!” I guess what I’m trying to say in a very long-winded way is thanking you for helping a group of long time friends spend a wonderful evening together revisiting the watery playground of their youth. David … and Edith… The charter was FABULOUS!!! Once again we rec’d rave reviews on this evening… the guests loved it! We heard several of the guests talking about it the next day and one even said “I hope you do this for all the Hall of Fame groups – it was so great being on the water!”. Please do pass along another HUGE thank you to the on board team. With the Captain and Edith working diligently to get us in place for the perfect “fireworks” display we were able to wrap up a great week of fun and relaxation with a “bang”! It is always a pleasure working with you and your on board team! Remember, next year we will be doing this event in November so I’ll be getting that info to you very shortly to put a hold on the Sun Dream!!
