Terms & Conditions

Guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used to purchase tickets prior to boarding the yacht. Failure to present both will result in refusal of admittance to the event, and no refund will be issued. Wristbands will be distributed at the registration table. Guests will not be permitted to board the yacht without a wristband issued by Sun Dream Yacht Charters.

The resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. Sun Dream Yacht Charters (SDYC) reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or transferred without authorization.

 

SDYC may postpone, cancel, interrupt, modify, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous conditions, mechanical issues, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket holders who miss the scheduled 6:30 PM departure time, regardless of reason or circumstance, will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. Boarding times are strictly enforced.

SDYC reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, unsafe, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate by SDYC staff or the vessel’s captain.

Valet parking is available at the hotel for an additional fee of $30 per vehicle. Parking costs are not included in the ticket price.

By attending this event, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with being aboard a vessel, including but not limited to motion of the yacht, boarding and disembarking, weather conditions, and other maritime-related risks. SDYC, its owners, employees, crew, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from attendance at the event, except as required by law.

Alcohol may be served at this event. SDYC reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at its sole discretion. Guests are responsible for their own behavior and actions during and after the event. SDYC assumes no liability for incidents arising from alcohol consumption.

The captain of the vessel has full authority and discretion regarding the operation of the yacht and safety-related decisions. Changes to the route, timing, or duration of the event may be made without notice for safety or operational reasons, and no refunds will be issued as a result.

By attending the event, guests grant SDYC permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

The email address(es) provided during purchase may be used for order confirmation, event-related communications, and important updates. Guests may also receive occasional company news or updates and may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
