By purchasing tickets, the purchaser confirms that they are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the authorized cardholder to complete this transaction. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the charge and agrees that the information provided at checkout will be relied upon as confirmation of authorization.
Guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. Sun Dream Yacht Charters reserves the right to request the credit card used for purchase to verify the transaction. Failure to provide requested identification may result in refusal of admittance to the event without refund. Wristbands will be distributed at the registration table and are required for boarding. Guests will not be permitted to board the yacht without a wristband issued by Sun Dream Yacht Charters.
The resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. Sun Dream Yacht Charters (SDYC) reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or transferred without authorization. SDYC may postpone, cancel, interrupt, modify, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous conditions, mechanical issues, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not be canceled, exchanged, or credited for any reason, including inability to attend or missed events. Failure to attend the event does not relieve the purchaser of responsibility for payment. Chargebacks or payment disputes based on non-attendance or misunderstanding of event details are not valid grounds for refund.
The event will take place as scheduled unless otherwise modified due to conditions beyond our control. The occurrence of the event as scheduled constitutes fulfillment of services, regardless of individual attendance.
SDYC reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, unsafe, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate by SDYC staff or the vessel’s captain.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, SDYC reserves the right to provide all relevant transaction records, confirmations, IP data, and supporting documentation to the payment processor to demonstrate that the purchase was authorized and the event was fulfilled as described.
Valet parking is available at the hotel for an additional fee of $30 per vehicle. Parking costs are not included in the ticket price.
By attending this event, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with being aboard a vessel, including but not limited to motion of the yacht, boarding and disembarking, weather conditions, and other maritime-related risks. SDYC, its owners, employees, crew, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from attendance at the event, except as required by law.
Alcohol may be served at this event. SDYC reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at its sole discretion. Guests are responsible for their own behavior and actions during and after the event. SDYC assumes no liability for incidents arising from alcohol consumption.
The captain of the vessel has full authority and discretion regarding the operation of the yacht and safety-related decisions. Changes to the route, timing, or duration of the event may be made without notice for safety or operational reasons, and no refunds will be issued as a result.
By attending the event, guests grant SDYC permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.
The email address(es) provided during purchase may be used for order confirmation, event-related communications, and important updates. Guests may also receive occasional company news or updates and may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
