Terms & Conditions

Guests will be required to show identification and the credit card they used to purchase their tickets prior to boarding the yacht. Failure to do so will result in refusal of admittance to the event, and a refund will not be given.
 

The resale of tickets is prohibited. Sun Dream Yacht Charters (SDYC) reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold. SDYC may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
 

All tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket holders who miss the 12:00 PM sailing time, regardless of circumstances, will not receive a refund.
SDYC reserves the right, without refund or compensations, to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
 

There is valet at the hotel; hoever, the cost of the valet is not included in the cruise ticket price.
